Jen will be sharing “Hot off the Press” the results from the very first Cinder National Franchise Wellbeing Survey - a UK‑focused initiative aimed at understanding and improving mental health across the franchising industry —covering franchisees, franchisors, and suppliers.

The survey aimed to transform anecdotal concerns into hard data by asking participants how they feel, what they’re experiencing, and where support is needed to maintain wellbeing in a demanding business environment.

 The session will share key take-aways and trends from across the industry, explore what the key issues faced are, the barriers and how we can overcome them and look at why investing in your network's mental health and wellbeing is a business-necessity, not a nice to have.
